You know the drill. I find the smartest, edgiest, and hopefully sexiest people I know who have the characteristics of entrepreneurship to contribute advice to The Chancebending Network. Today we’re talking to Tarita Davenock of Travel For All.

One Question with… Tarita Davenock, CEO at Travel For All

“Customized vacations for travelers with various ‘Specific Requirements’ – cane users, slow walkers, complex health issues , Developmental Disabilities, hearing sight impairment and wheelchair users. This ‘niche travel’ segment is growing at a staggering rate as Three out of every 10 people today require accessible accommodations, tours, adapted transfers etc. According to the Gates Foundation, this number is expected to rise to nearly 25 percent by 2020, or more than 1.7 billion people, as Baby Boomers age.

This must be looked at as an opportunity. not an obstacle. The impact of travelers with disabilities in North America is currently estimated at $40 + billion.”
