You know the drill. I find the smartest, edgiest, and hopefully sexiest people I know who have the characteristics of entrepreneurship to contribute advice to The Chancebending Network. Today we’re talking Personal Growth with Ken Eslick from Summit Careers & Rock Thomas International/M1.

Ken talks about Personal Growth and how it’s trending in Life Coaching

“The personal growth industry will continue to expand at a rapid rate in 2019. With so many people finding success financially but still feeling unfulfilled there is ample opportunities for those that can help others find true life balance and success across all major areas in their life.”

Ken Eslick

A little about Ken

Ken has been married 31 years to his wife Shannon and they have two grown kids and a grandson. He has spent my life split between entrepreneurial endeavors and leading large teams in corporate America. Ken started and sold his first company to the Cintas Corporation and worked with them for 14 years running business units as large as 200m in annual revenue and up to 1000 employees. In 2012 he left the corporate world and started Summit Careers (specializing in leadership recruiting and development). Ken (and his wife Shannon) teaches hot yoga and Ken has ran three of the last four NYC marathons. He has been a lifelong student of personal development and is a Senior Leader with Tony Robbins. Most recently Ken was named COO of M1 the whole life millionaire program started by Rock Thomas (Rock’s Goalcast videos have over 80m views).
