You know the drill. I find the smartest, edgiest, and hopefully sexiest people I know who have the characteristics of entrepreneurship to contribute advice to The Chancebending Network. Today we’re talking with Terry Briggs of Jema Dorn.

Terry Briggs explains why we need more corporate leaders to focus on companies social impact…

“I believe startup founders and corporate leaders need to focus more on social impact going beyond a sales, growth or just a mission driven organization.

When strategically done properly, it totally changes the narrative from, ‘our product is awesome…use us’ to ‘using our product allows us to help, give, inspire, and impact more!’

In perspective, in today’s social climate more people want to feel good about the companies the purchase from and engage with. Give consumers the opportunity to ‘make a difference’ and they’ll engage and spend with the brand more often. Why? Because everyone wants to feel good.”

-Terry Briggs
