Personalization is at an all time high and metadata to support that effort is critical. Companies are no longer interested in reach or awareness metrics, they require tangible data to suggest that content is driving leads and conversions. Thought leadership content is no longer at a premium; product-centric content creates more value. Measuring content performance by interactivity and engagement is the new standard. Strategists and marketers require heightened analytics and data skills, which are more prized than creativity in the current landscape.”
