You know the drill. I find the smartest, edgiest, and hopefully sexiest people I know who have the characteristics of entrepreneurship to contribute advice to The Chancebending Network. Today we’re talking to Stephen Mallik of ARTIE.

One Question with… Stephen Mallik, ARTIE

“We use keyboard mouse and touch to interact with software, why not voice?

As a veteran in this field I know that voice is coming to make your websites and mobile apps voice intelligent. As you start talking to apps and websites, we have a new voice touch point that can be tapped for marketing branding and sales. Voice is a great way to connect with your audiences emotions and feeling. Marketers have to pay keen attention to advances in voice as it provides new ways to reach their customers.

20 years back if I told you that we can use video in the website then people would have asked. What is a video? Likewise imagine a voice intelligent website that you can talk to. Suddenly your boring website is alive, engaging and gives the user an immersive experience. Imagine the infomercial potential, the opportunity to make the customer take some action or the opportunity to up-sell, because you are able to engage with the customer in a natural way using voice.

Other than the advantages in digital marketing, voice is also a great sales tool. It is also very disability friendly. You will see Voice technology being used for everyday business in 2019 and the advances in 5G would further accelerate its growth in 2020.”
