5 counterintuitive ways I do less and win more

 

I finally missed publishing a podcast episode yesterday. I broke my streak at 110 episodes. I was in Vegas for business, yet I still woke up early as usual.

Unfortunately, my travel mic quality was extremely poor and I decided it was best to wait a day to record. At first, I was upset. I love my creative process and I don’t want to let you down.

But then I realized that sometimes doing less was actually a way we can all win more.

So I took the extra time in the early morning and compiled more notes and ideas for episodes. By being forced to slow down for a day, I actually came out of it feeling like we all won.

That got me thinking about all of the ways I could do less to win more. And so I want to share 5 of the best reasons to do less and win more.
